St. Joseph does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school administered programs. Finally, St. Joseph School, has adopted and will implement the imperatives of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act as amended, and will inform parents and students of their rights under this amendment to Title IV of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. All new applicants are required to submit the following information to be considered for acceptance to St. Joseph School:
