St. Joseph School admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. St. Joseph does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school administered programs.

Additionally, in compliance with Title IX of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, no person at St. Joseph shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity, except as permitted under said Title IX.

Finally, St. Joseph School, has adopted and will implement the imperatives of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act as amended, and will inform parents and students of their rights under this amendment to Title IV of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

All new applicants are required to submit the following information to be considered for acceptance to St. Joseph School:
